Resumen

Estudios clínicos han descrito una mayor incidencia de ciertas enfermedades en los nacidos a partir de tecnologías de reproducción asistida. Durante los últimos años se ha demostrado que algunos de los ARN mensajeros pueden tener un importante papel como marcadores de interés clínico. Además, cada vez se confirma en mayor medida que estas moléculas tienen un importante papel en las primeras etapas del desarrollo embrionario. En este trabajo se describen las diferentes poblaciones de ARN espermáticas y sus posibles usos como herramientas diagnósticas en clínica
