Proceedings of the Second Spanish-Brazilian International Congress: Towards More Efficient Justice

On 14 November 2025, the Faculty of Law and Labour Sciences at the University of León hosted the aforementioned Second International Congress. The range of topics covered focused on cross-cutting issues and was aimed at students from both faculties. On occasions, the practical development of law as a branch of knowledge is scarce in the curricula, and for this reason, the aim has been to raise awareness of various practical issues that may be useful for the professional future of our students and to foster in them the desired critical thinking skills, together with cognitive and creative development in the search for fair solutions in the management of legal conflicts that they may encounter in practice. It should also be noted that this second edition has reinforced the internationalisation strategy carried out by the Faculties of Law and Labour Sciences of the University of León with various partner universities in Brazil.
