Abstract

The addition of oxytocin (4 U.I.) to diluted semen produces a significative increase in fertility (92,1 ± 4,4% vs 77,8 ± 7,01%) and in prolificity (10,74 ± 1,68 vs 9,82 ± 1,92) of swine in which artificial insemintion is the usual practice.
