Abstract

External morphometry throughout the life span and other biologic characteristics are compared in two species of freshwater crayfish: Austropotamobius pallipes Lereboullet under natural conditions and Pacifastacus leniusculus Dana in semi-controlled breeding. The results show a superior productive capacity of the signal crayfish (P. leniusculus)
