融通中外话语体系构建：中国领导人外交演讲中的古诗文翻译研究

随着中国外交事业的不断发展，中国与其他国家的联系日益密切，政治文本特别是中国领导人外交讲话的翻译面临着新的挑战和要求。本研究基于翻译中的功能对等和政治对等理论，提出适用于外交讲话中诗歌和古代文本的翻译技术分类，建立中国领导人外交讲话诗词和古文的中西双语平行语料库，采用内容分析和话语分析的方法，分析直译、增译、转译、解释、改译和删译等翻译技巧的运用。研究提出，翻译应以功能对等或政治对等原则为基础，考虑受众、语境、原文和译文的目的等因素。在此基础上，应采用恰当的翻译技术，促进受众的理解和接受，同时传播中国的文化、政策和意识形态，以期为在西语国家创建和完善融合外国和中国文化的中国政治话语体系做出贡献。
